LlumGas operates as a community-based energy consultancy helping residential, commercial, and small business clients in Mataró and the Maresme area reduce utility bills, optimize contracted power capacity, review market rates, and execute supplier switches seamlessly.

2. Nature of Energy Advisory Services

  1. Independent advisory: LlumGas acts as an independent energy consultant evaluating tariff options across regulated and open market suppliers.
  2. Uninterrupted power guarantee: Assessing historical bills or processing a change of utility supplier through LlumGas never causes any disruption or physical shut-off of electrical power or natural gas supply.
  3. Free preliminary study: Initial bill assessments, tariff comparisons, and savings calculations (up to 40%) are 100% free with no obligation to contract.

3. Access, Eligibility, and Request Conditions

  1. Age and legal capacity: Users must be at least 18 years of age and authorized holders or legal representatives of the relevant utility supply point.
  2. Accuracy of submitted information: Users agree to provide truthful and complete information and legibly submit genuine copies of utility invoices.
  3. Acceptable use: Users must refrain from fraudulent use, automated scraping, or actions threatening the security of Energy Digital Services LLC infrastructure.

4. Pricing Transparency and Economic Terms

  1. Zero hidden charges: LlumGas charges no upfront or hidden consulting fees to the end-user for comparative bill studies.
  2. Brokerage remuneration: When a user elects to switch suppliers or adjust tariffs through LlumGas, compensation is paid directly by energy supply partners under commercial distribution contracts, ensuring zero fee impact for the client.
  3. No lock-in contracts: Recommended plans prioritize contracts without early termination penalties unless specifically requested or agreed by the client.

5. Third-Party Integrations and Google APIs

  1. Google services: LlumGas utilizes Google APIs (such as Google Places API, Google Business Profile API, and OAuth authentication) for business address lookup, profile management, and review verification.
  2. Google Limited Use compliance: Energy Digital Services LLC adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including all Limited Use restrictions.
  3. Messaging platforms: Messaging tools such as WhatsApp are offered for user convenience and operate supplementary to third-party provider terms.

6. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All intellectual property rights associated with https://llumgas.cat (software, layouts, graphics, trademarks, logos, texts, and source code) belong exclusively to Energy Digital Services LLC or authorized licensors. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

9. Cybersecurity and Communications

Encrypted transmission standards (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS) safeguard all digital exchanges. Communications and recommendations are delivered through contact methods authorized by the client.

10. Term, Suspension, and Termination

  1. Preliminary advisory is concluded upon delivery of the comparative savings proposal.
  2. Users remain entirely free to accept or reject any recommended contract.
  3. Energy Digital Services LLC reserves the right to terminate assistance in cases of fraudulent submissions or abusive conduct.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdictional Venue

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations.

For any business-to-business (B2B) dispute or commercial claim, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Barcelona, Spain. For individual consumer relations (B2C), mandatory consumer protection forum regulations shall apply.
